Background

With a recent entry into the market, Urban Living is a real estate firm with expert agents who have exclusive access to some of the most innovative property developments in Costa Rica’s Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM).

Through an integrated strategy combining audiovisual content with digital ads, the project not only met its initial goal of selling 3 properties in 6 months, it far exceeded it. In just 3 months, 5 properties were sold, surpassing the goal by 66%. By the end of the planned period, a total of 9 properties had been sold, tripling the original objective.

Digital strategy: I worked with the team to define buyer personas, channels, communication concepts, strategic and creative content, and KPIs. Also analyzed social media and search performance, created reports, and shared insights for ongoing improvement.

Paid media & performance: I collaborated on digital ad campaigns through Meta Ads, focused on lead generation and audience engagement.

Client relationship: I led strategic presentations and collaborated closely with the client during kick-off sessions, project reviews, planning meetings, and ongoing strategic follow-ups.
