Background

Located west of San José, ARYA Santa Ana is a residential condominium developed by GTU Desarrollos. In my role, I supported the team in building a full digital strategy where emotional connection played a key role in reaching potential buyers through desire, not just information.

The inspirational narrative was brought to life through content focused on lifestyle, well-being, and personal growth, helping create a real connection with the target audience. In the first four months of the campaign, the strategy brought in an average of 350 qualified leads per month, generating over $835K in sales and achieving a ROAS of $363x.

Digital strategy: I Led the full digital marketing strategy, setting goals, analyzing competitors, defining buyer personas, choosing channels, KPIs, and building the media plan.

Copywriting: I wrote social media content with an aspirational and approachable tone, aimed at driving conversions.

Paid media & performance: I managed ad campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, focused on lead generation and engagement with relevant audiences.

Client relationship: I led strategy presentations and actively participated in kick-off, planning, and progress meetings with the client.
