Hero Motos Costa Rica

Segment B2C

Background

Hero MotoCorp was founded in 1984 as Hero Honda, a joint venture between Hero Cycles (India) and Honda (Japan). After Honda left in 2010, the company rebranded and, since 2011, it’s operated globally under the name Hero MotoCorp.

Today, it’s one of the largest motorcycle manufacturers in the world. In Costa Rica, the strategy focused on inbound marketing to attract audiences with valuable technical content, build solid databases of qualified leads, and drive successful conversions. Beyond sales, the goal was to create an active community of “Heroes” who feel connected to the Hero brand.

Digital strategy: I analyzed performance across social media and search engines, and created reports with practical insights to improve content and focus.

Creative copywriting: I wrote social media content with a persuasive tone focused on engagement and sales, aligned with the brand’s technical and commercial voice.

Paid media & performance: I managed ad campaigns on Meta Ads, focused on lead generation and brand positioning.

Client relationship: I led strategic presentations and worked closely with the client during planning and follow-up sessions to ensure consistent execution aligned with digital and business goals.
