When a global brand like ArcelorMittal operates in a local market, the challenge is not only to show its leadership but to make its message connect with the real needs of the industry.

In Costa Rica, the strategy focused on inbound marketing to strike a balance between valuable content and practical information about the construction sector. This helped the brand build stronger connections with its audience and position itself as a top choice for steel products.

Digital strategy: I reviewed performance on social media and search engines, and created reports with key insights to improve content and boost the brand’s online presence.

Copywriting: I wrote content for social media and the website, from sales-focused messages to technical and educational posts aimed at driving engagement. Applied SEO practices to improve visibility in search results.

Paid media & performance: I managed and optimized ad campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, setting audience targeting and making adjustments based on each campaign’s goals.

Client relationship: I led strategic presentations and participated in planning meetings, project reviews, and regular follow-ups with the client’s team.
